Retirees: It's important to keep your address updated

Keep your address up to date so we and your health plans can send you important account information, including new premiums, eligibility information, invoices, or payment deadlines that can’t be emailed. This also keeps you informed about changes to your coverage or important alerts. It ensures your health plans can send you ID cards or sensitive and personal information.

Be sure to include the last four digits of your Social Security number on your correspondence so we can identify your account.
