Medicare plan resources

We have compiled resources to support you in making a decision about the best plan for you.

HCA's website

You can find lots of information by visiting PEBB’s retiree webpages.

Medicare and turning age 65 provides descriptions of the parts of Medicare, reviews PEBB Medicare plan eligibility requirements, and gives information about each PEBB Medicare plan.

Preparing for retirement provides an example timeline and additional resources.

PEBB Medicare plan benefit comparison

The PEBB Program provides a PEBB Medicare plan benefit comparison. This is meant to provide a snapshot of the coverage provided by each Medicare plan.

It shows member costs related to each Medicare plan, such as annual deductibles, coinsurance (%) and copay ($) costs for common services such as visits with a primary care provider, massage therapy, and prescription drugs.

There is also an online version of the benefit comparison, which allows you to compare up to three plans at once.

Select your plan

There are two times when you can make a change in your coverage. The first is during annual open enrollment each fall, and the second is during a special open enrollment (which includes turning 65).

Here are the other parts of this series, in case you missed them or want to revisit them.
